Gallivanting

Recently my folks, Tom and Sharon Yost, of Garnett, Kansas, made a trip to Springfield, Missouri, to take in a motorcycle and car show.

(The picture above is not from Springfield or a car show. Though it is of Tom ansd Sharon)

While there, souls were on their mind. They shared the following about their trip.

“Dad had a contact with a homeless man in Springfield.  The man wasn’t communicating well but dad gave him a tract and asked him to read it.  We also gave a number of people our card with our information and the plan of salvation.

Love to you. Mom and Dad”

My folks experience is a reminder that evangelism can be, not only periodic concerted efforts of sharing the message of Christ, but a lifestyle of sharing. We can and probably should set time aside to make organized concerted efforts of outreach. We should also be ready to reach out with the saving message of Christ, in the midst of our daily activities and gallivanting.

Keep thinking souls!
